ABOUT ME

I found CrossFit at 16, not really knowing what I was getting into. At first, it was about competing and testing myself. I loved pushing my limits, but what I didn’t realize at the time was that it was laying the foundation for my future. When I went off to college, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I ended up dropping out—but what I found in coaching gave me a purpose I couldn’t ignore.
I started coaching because I wanted to share what fitness had given me. Over time, it became clear this wasn’t just something I enjoyed—it was the career and calling I was meant to chase. I learned quickly that CrossFit works for everyone, but not everyone works for CrossFit. Fitness, though—that’s for everyone. And my goal has always been to make it accessible, effective, and life-changing no matter who you are.
Over the years, I’ve grown into a coach who can help anyone: the competitive athlete chasing higher levels, the weekend warrior who just wants to feel strong and confident, the parent who wants to keep up with their kids, or the family that’s ready to break free from generational health issues. What I’ve learned is this: people deserve to be the healthiest version of themselves, and I see it as my responsibility to guide them there.
My focus is on functionality—training for life so we don’t fail at the things that matter most. It’s not about gimmicks or shortcuts; it’s about understanding how the body moves, building strength where we need it, and creating habits that make health simple and sustainable. Fitness is freedom, and I want as many people as possible to experience it.
